Getting started

What exactly does Zelta do?

We build and manage AI agents for your business. These agents answer your phone calls, handle live chat on your website, text back anyone whose call you miss, and manage your Google reviews — all automatically, 24/7. You don't need to set anything up yourself. We handle everything.

How long does setup take?

14 days from the moment you complete your onboarding form. That includes building your AI agents, training them on your business, configuring everything, and going live. Most clients are surprised how fast it is.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Just the basics about your business: your name, phone number, website URL, business hours, key services, a booking link (or we'll create one for you), and 5-10 common questions your customers ask. We send you a simple onboarding form that takes about 10 minutes.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

Not at all. We build everything for you. The chat widget is a small snippet of code we add to your website (takes 2 minutes), and the voice agent just requires you to forward your calls. We provide step-by-step video guides for everything.

Will my customers know it's AI?

Our AI agents are designed to sound natural and professional, but we believe in transparency. Most customers don't mind — they care about getting a fast, helpful response more than whether it's a human or AI. We can add a disclosure if you prefer.

Integrations & compatibility

Do I need to change my existing booking system?

No. Our AI doesn't directly integrate with your calendar. Instead, it captures the lead's details and sends them your booking link via SMS or chat. It works with Calendly, Acuity, Square, your website's booking page — whatever you currently use.

What if I don't have an online booking link?

We'll create a free one for you as part of your setup. It's a simple booking page your customers can use to pick a date and time. If you'd rather not use one, the AI can just capture their details and notify you to call them back.

Does the AI actually book appointments?

Not directly into your calendar. The AI captures the lead's details and sends them your booking link so they can self-book. This approach works with any booking system and doesn't require complex calendar integration. The Appointment Reminders add-on does integrate with calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly) to send reminders.

What website platforms does the chat widget work on?

All of them. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, custom HTML, GoHighLevel — if you can add a small snippet of code to your site, it works. We'll walk you through it or do it for you.

What phone system do I need?

Any phone system that supports call forwarding — which is virtually all of them. You just forward calls to the AI number we give you, and it handles the rest. Works with landlines, mobiles, VoIP, Telstra, Optus — anything.

Do you work with businesses that don't take bookings?

Absolutely. Restaurants, real estate agents, retailers — the AI works just as well for capturing enquiries, answering questions, and sending leads to your team. It doesn't have to book anything. It captures the lead and notifies you.

The AI

Can the AI answer questions specific to my business?

Yes. During onboarding, you give us your key services, business hours, pricing (if you want to share it), and 5-10 frequently asked questions. We train the AI on all of that so it can answer naturally and accurately.

What happens if the AI can't answer something?

If the AI encounters a question it can't handle confidently, it lets the caller or visitor know that it'll pass their details on to the team and someone will get back to them shortly. It never makes things up or gives bad information — it gracefully hands off.

Can I customise what the AI says?

Yes. You tell us your preferred greeting, tone, key messages, and any specific instructions during onboarding. Want the AI to mention a current promotion? Done. Want it to avoid discussing pricing? No problem. We configure it exactly how you want it.

What languages does the AI support?

Currently, our AI agents work best in English. We're working on multi-language support and can discuss your needs if you have a specific language requirement.

Pricing & commitment

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is included with every plan. We build, configure, and train your AI agents at no extra cost. Your first payment covers setup plus your first month of service.

Why is there a 3 month minimum?

Because we invest real time building your AI team — writing scripts, training the AI on your business, configuring integrations. The 3 month minimum ensures we can set everything up properly and you have enough time to see genuine results. After that, it's month-to-month.

Can I add modules later?

Yes. You can add any module at any time, or upgrade to a bundle for better value. Most clients start with one or two modules and add more once they see results.

What happens after 3 months?

Your plan continues month-to-month at the same price. No price increase, no new contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

How do I cancel?

Just email us. No hoops to jump through, no retention calls. After your 3 month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days' notice and your service ends at the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds for completed months, but if something isn't working, we'll fix it. We'd rather solve the problem than lose you as a client. If you cancel within the first 14 days before your AI goes live, we'll refund your payment in full.

How quickly will I see results?

From day one. As soon as your AI goes live, it starts answering calls, handling chat, and texting back missed calls. Most clients see captured leads within the first week. Review growth takes a bit longer — usually 2-4 weeks to start building momentum.

What results can I realistically expect?

That depends on your business and how many calls and enquiries you get. But here's what most clients experience: significantly fewer missed leads, faster response times, more Google reviews, and fewer no-shows (with the reminders add-on). We don't promise miracles — we promise your AI team shows up every single day.

Do you guarantee results?

We don't make specific guarantees because every business is different. What we do guarantee is that your AI team will be built well, configured properly, and working 24/7. If something isn't performing as expected, we'll tweak and optimise until it does.
